Pink Panther Commission

“Pink Panther,” acrylic, auto paint, and enamel on solid aluminium 2022. Private commissioned painting. I worked with an auto painter named Luke who is based out of Fat Wallet Customs in Portland. The color is based off of an early 2000’s Escalade. To create the white calligraphy, I covered the whole painting in frisket tape, painted the calligraphy with a large paint pen then hand cut each shape out with a xacto blade. Then very carefully painted over the stencil with light layers of spray paint. There are some progress shots in my studio. Finished photographs are by Katalina Berbari.
